1. Who we are

These terms govern the use of services provided by Linusite — operating as Linusite Digital Solution CC in Namibia and as Linusite LLC in the United States (together, "Linusite", "we", "us").

2. Services

We provide design, software development, hosting, AI integration and related digital services. A specific engagement is governed by the statement of work or invoice we send you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, infringing or abusive purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Intellectual property

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, deliverables we produce transfer to you on full payment. The underlying frameworks, tools and general know-how remain ours.

5. Confidentiality

We treat customer data and project details as confidential. We will not disclose them except where required by law.

6. Payment

Invoices are due within the term stated. We may pause work or withhold delivery on overdue accounts.

7. Warranty & liability

We deliver work with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with reasonable written notice. Fees for work performed before termination remain payable.

9. Governing law

Engagements with Linusite Digital Solution CC are governed by the laws of Namibia. Engagements with Linusite LLC are governed by the laws of the State of registration.
