What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you contact sales, sign up for a service, or use one of our products: name, email, company, phone number, and the content of your message.

We also collect basic technical information automatically — IP address, country, browser type — to keep the service secure and to personalise the experience (for example, showing you the right office address or dial code).

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and deliver the services you ask for.
  • To invoice, support and improve our work for you.
  • To send relevant updates if you've opted in. You can opt out at any time.
  • To meet legal, tax and security obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business (hosting, payment, email, analytics) under appropriate confidentiality agreements, and where required by law.

Cookies

We use a small set of cookies to remember your preferences (for example, the lnx_country cookie that records your detected country so we can show the right currency and office). We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@linusite.com.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations.

International transfers

Because we operate in Namibia and the United States, your data may be stored or processed in either jurisdiction, with appropriate safeguards in place.
