What we look for
- Engineers — full-stack on JS, PHP or Python; strong product instincts; comfortable shipping to production from week one.
- Designers — equally happy in Figma and in front of customers; can defend a decision with one sentence; obsess over typography and motion.
- Operators — project leads, account managers and customer-success engineers who can hold a roadmap and a tough conversation at the same time.
- Apprentices — a paid pathway for self-taught developers and designers building their first portfolio. Show us a project you actually built.
