SeeWorldz had a deep catalogue of destinations but a UI that hid it. Search was slow, results were generic, and the homepage didn't tell you what the product was for.

New homepage that explains the product in one screen, full-text search powered by Postgres + denormalised tags, image-first results, instant filtering on the client.
03The outcome
Time-to-first-search dropped to seconds. The catalogue is now the product, not buried below it.
