Safari is sold on imagery — but the old site delivered the imagery as 4 MB JPEGs, killing mobile load times for travellers researching from abroad on slow networks.
02Our approach
Modern image pipeline (responsive, WebP, lazy-loaded), edge-cached on Cloudflare, with an itinerary-builder form that asks the questions every consultant would have asked anyway.

Mobile page weight dropped 80%. Lead-form completion rate doubled.
