Dial a Fruit Namibia, an online shop for fresh fruit delivery

Dial a Fruit Namibia delivers fresh fruit to homes, offices and events, but orders came in by phone and message. That made it hard for customers to see what was available and hard for the team to keep track of orders as the business grew.

We built a full online shop organised by product category, with search, customised fruit combos, a wishlist, product comparison and customer accounts with order tracking. We added a knowledge hub for healthy eating content and a link to consult a nutritionist, and made sure the whole shop works smoothly on mobile, where most customers order.

Customers can now browse the full range, build their own combos and place orders any time of day, without waiting for a reply. The team gets clear, complete orders in one place, and the shop gives the brand a professional home online.
