While the site included a loan calculator and application entry points, the overall user journey lacked a seamless flow between calculation, understanding loan terms, and submitting an application. Additionally, limited trust signals and process clarity could reduce user confidence in a financial service environment where transparency is critical.

We redesigned the platform around a guided lending journey — connecting the loan calculator directly to the application process and simplifying how users move from estimation to submission. Clear calls-to-action were introduced at key points to encourage loan applications, while improving content clarity around loan terms, repayment options, and processes. The interface was optimized for both desktop and mobile users, ensuring a consistent and accessible experience. Additional improvements focused on usability, performance, and structuring information to build trust and reduce friction in the application process.
