CVTC provides vocational training and skills development programs, but its website did not effectively guide prospective students toward enrollment. While the platform communicated its mission and educational values, key information around programs, admissions, and application processes was not clearly structured. Visitors lacked a defined journey, making it difficult to move from interest to action. As a result, the site functioned more as an informational page rather than a system that actively supported student recruitment.
We restructured the website around the student journey — organizing academic programs, admissions, and institutional information into clearly defined sections. Navigation was simplified to help users move easily between program discovery and application steps. We introduced stronger calls-to-action to guide prospective students toward enrollment, while improving content clarity to ensure information is accessible and easy to understand. The design was modernized with a responsive layout to support accessibility across devices, and the platform was optimized for performance and usability to create a smoother, more engaging experience.
