From patched WordPress to a custom academic platform in 6 weeks

ASPG's site had grown into a maze of plugins, themes and conflicting page builders. Every faculty update required a developer, every event was a content emergency, and the kiosk on campus ran a different copy of the site entirely.

We migrated content with a one-shot artisan command, designed a Laravel-based brand site with an admin geared at faculty heads, plumbed the same database into a kiosk-specific layout, and integrated Moodle 4.5 LTS for online degree coursework.

ASPG launched the new platform in six weeks. Faculty now publishes their own pages, the kiosk pulls from the same source of truth, and event updates take 30 seconds.
