Where possible, Linusite may try to resolve installation, configuration, or compatibility issues before a refund decision is made.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not apply to completed custom work, expired licenses, misuse, or issues caused by unsupported hosting or third-party conflicts outside LoanPress control.
