Service Agreement for Monthly Unlimited Design and Editing Services

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Linusite LLC ("Service Provider") and ("Customer") ID: on .

Services Provided:

One (1) video request per week, including editing and design.
Three (3) poster requests per week, including editing and design.

Pricing:

The Customer agrees to pay N$500 per month for the services outlined above.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the monthly fee of N$500 regardless of the amount of work completed within the month. Payment is due at the beginning of each month.

Duration: This contract is valid for one year from the date of commencement ( ) . It will automatically renew for subsequent one-year periods unless terminated.

Scope of Work: The Service Provider will prioritize and complete the requested design and editing tasks within the given week. No work shall be carried over to subsequent months.

Intellectual Property: All designs, videos, and content created by the Service Provider during the term of this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of the Customer. The Service Provider retains no rights to reuse or redistribute the completed work without the explicit consent of the Customer.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during this Agreement.
